Dropped in on a day pass as visiting family. Great warehouse style gym for strength training & power lifting, raw and ready as to be expected. Best part was the ample number of racks and I’m a huge fan of the York Fitness gear, especially the bumper plates. Friendly bunch and clientele (or maybe I’ve just been away from Northern Ireland too long!). Wish I lived back here for this kind of place, good setup.

Great local gym...fantastic equipment...well priced and great staff.Great for weight lifters , power lifters and bodybuilders.Not many places in this country with so many squat racks and lifting platforms.Management seem to listen to feedback as new equipment pops up quite regular....most recently there is a boxing training room added.

You get out what you put in. It's all relative folks. This Gym is open 24 hrs and has all the equipment you need + it is expanding shortly. Winner Winner
