Kobeda Palace
Amazing food all round from the cold mezze to the kobeda platter! The portion size was very good. All the staff were very friendly and the owner came around to the table to ensure all was well. Would definitely return!

Kobeda Palace
Lovely fresh tasting food, attentive staff, nice decor, very comfortable seating. Very reasonably priced. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Not just a Kobeda place, lots more to choose from, not the usual stuff. Highly recommended.Visited again 1 wk later with a larger group of 14 people. Consistency in food and service. Perfect!! Brilliant service, very family friendly, good portion sizes, amazing taste, great value. Thanks again, thoroughly enjoyed it

Kobeda Palace? More like Kobeda Shambles.I recently visited Kobeda Palace hoping for an enjoyable dining experience after the fantastic promotion by Lancashire Telegraph. However, what I encountered was a disorganised establishment that fell short in several key areas. It is evident that the restaurant's management and overall operations need significant improvement if they wish to stay competitive in an already fierce market. From the moment I stepped in, it was clear that the staff were trying their best, but the blame ultimately lies with the owner who has failed to create an efficient system. To salvage their reputation, I strongly believe that Kobeda Palace should seriously consider bringing in a competent and experienced individual to oversee their operations. One of the most glaring issues of my visit was the exceptionally long wait time for our food. Despite repeatedly asking for updates, we were consistently told that our order would be ready in just five minutes. Sadly, these promises were never fulfilled. The atmosphere within the restaurant suffered greatly due to the extended waiting period, resulting in a rather subdued and discontented crowd. The staff seemed overwhelmed, scurrying around without direction.Furthermore, the quality of the food was nothing more than average, with the Lamb Shish being a significant letdown. It was excessively salted, leaving an unpleasant taste. To add insult to injury, our order was missing both rice and chips. Additionally, it was disappointing to find out that the restaurant only accepted cash payments, considering the prevalence of card payments in this day and age.On top of these disappointments, the state of the men's restroom was appalling. It lacked basic amenities such as toilet paper, and the presence of smeared feces on the walls was both unsightly and unsanitary. Clearly, cleanliness and maintenance are not a priority for Kobeda Palace. In light of my regrettable experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Kobeda Palace as a dining destination unless significant changes are made. Improved management, shorter wait times, an enhanced dining atmosphere, better food quality control, and a more sanitised environment are all crucial elements that need immediate attention. Only with these improvements can Kobeda Palace hope to regain its place amongst the competition in Blackburn.

Turkish style cuisine restaurant based in Blackburn town centre. Location is very good. The staff are helpful and friendly. The food presentation looks awesome and also tastes very nice. Reasonable prices. Would recommend.

Kobeda Palace
Food was decent at best. Disappointed by the staff, waiters and waitress were completely unprofessional, makes the place look like it was run by inexperienced teenagers. Would not recommend.
