Don't shop in any of these stores if there is the possibility that you might change your mind and want a refund.There'll tell you it's easy, but after 3 different high street stores talking to clueless individuals, I eventually got my refund.

Terrible customer service, you can’t get hold of them. It’s impossible. Spent over £1000 at in motion at gatwick airport and I have issue we’re they have sold me wrong Magic Keyboard for I pad. I’m now out the country for 12 weeks. No one answers the phones or what’s app number they have on website.

It is impossible to contact the company if there is an issue. There is no phone number, only a WhatsApp chat which may as well be operated by a faulty AI system.If you need a product best avoid and buy from the proper shop elsewhere .!!!

Date of visit 21.07.2023, South Terminal 08:00.Made a complaint against this branch before holiday 15.07.2021 as wanted to buy a new iPad. They got back to me where literally, it was like the computer says ‘No!’ No information. I asked can we order it, there is a week to go? The answer ‘No, we don’t do it’ and the agent put the phone downAnyway got to South Terminal, they failed to pay attention to one customer and when I asked, the look of the agent was of disgust. I asked anyway and the agent just said no without even escalating or checking on the system I just said ‘I won’t be coming back!’Absolutely horrendous service and one of the worst encounters when I am trying to spend nearly £1400. This company will not last long. I hope not being able to purchase goods and Duty Free is one of the fun things I look at doing when flying. Anyway Apple sorted it. There service was 5*
