First time I've been in that particular branch and unlike the others I found them to be ridiculously slow. 2 people ahead 1 serving and I was in there an eternity

Really poor service, rude dealing with the customers, over charging when I questioned the price was told I had a choice and if I don’t like it go elsewhere even though I had mentioned I was a cash account customer he was not putting it through my account then when I brought it to his attention he was doing it wrong there was no apology. Price did come down after he sorted the account. Poor knollage of stock I asked for a straight forward part for a Worcester boiler (filling loop) I had to go on my own phone to get him the part number. Will never go back to this branch. Really disappointed by plumb center
