A really excellent job done by Steve. Nothing was too much trouble when dealing with one or two unexpected issues - mainly to do with drains below the old patio and the drop to the lawn. He found a solution to both.Although we discussed, but didn't finalise, the layout of the porcelain tiles (supplied by AWBS) this kept some flexibility for the final design. The result was that Steve produced a layout so much better than we had envisaged. We couldn't be more please with the result. Thank you Ess & Ess.

We are very happy with the job Steve did for us. The Porcelain tiles look great and are easy to maintain.
