Microbitz have been providing excellent service in the shop and service department for many years. Nothing ever seems too much trouble for them to sort out especially if you are a techno phone and haven't a clue how things should be working. Replacement and transfer service has always been a stress free experience. Thank you.

Excellent helpful people where good advice and obvious competence go hand in hand. I'm fairly IT literate and was impressed by their knowledge and positiveness about upgrades to an older iMac and problems with an iPhone. I also noted while I was in their shop that the staff gave time to deal with much less knowledgeable customers who were treated with patience and respect. Staff reassured less competent IT/device users and gave them clear advice in plain English. Highly recommended!

Great service. I can't beleive the improvement in performance on my HP Pavillion laptop since these guys swapped the original HDD for a new SSD. Performance is much better than when the PC was brand new. The swap in discs has saved me several hundred pounds on buying a new laptop ! Thanks again MicroBitz.

Found myself in an odd situation today – the key snapped in the lock on my motorcycle top box broke while I was parked outside this shop. Popped in to ask one of the guys if I could borrow some tools and not only did he find the tools but he came out and helped me- well in fact he did most of the work! I am really grateful and it was so nice to meet someone willing to help however they can. Next time I’m in need of any computer supplies I know where to come! Thanks again

I had issues with my PC following a major power outage in our area, they not only performed a comprehensive investigation and report for the insurance but went so far as to do the work to such a high standard that they refused to send the computer back to me until it was not only repaired but running perfectly.Not many people understand the refinements of a high spec computer system, fewer still understand the value of a custom watercooling setup, fewer EVEN STILL understand the artistry that is bespoke case reconstruction!!I'm immeasurably grateful for their support and experience.Thank you guys you truly are Outstanding!!

The team really know their stuff, are very friendly and always get the job done quickly and effectively. They also charge very reasonable prices, unlike certain big chains who shall remain nameless. I don't think I'll ever want to buy computing equipment anywhere else again!
