Waste of time. Now days time is very important but if you go into that shop you'll waste your valuable time on security check so many checks for what. Do something easy for you and customers.

Workers only have 1 speed and it’s sloth speed!2 hours for 2 pallets place is beyond a jokeThere was only 1 driver in front of me so can’t even try and say they where busy lazy no other word for it

The customer service, is really bad, couldn't even help me by finding a price out, as booker never had coffee I was after, could not tell me price as I was not a member and I asked to speak to the store manager, the receptionist said he busy, duty manager also busy, keep it like it was her own warehouse and rules in place. I been loads cash carry but not had this bad service.

Kings Tea: Bestway has just introduced --Kings Tea. It is loose tea packed in gold foiled bag. Tea is lovely and there is no other place to buy this tea. We google it and saw it is in London. So we buy from Bestway Leicester.
