InnerSense Massage

I have just completed an 8 week beginners course with Chelsey and it was absolutely wonderful! Chelsey is a very experienced yoga practitioner and taught me so much in a short space of time. We practiced many different forms of yoga as well as some of the teaching behind it. The studio is a lovely small space scented with the gorgeous essential oils Chelsey prepares for her massages. The atmosphere is one of peace and learning and after the shavasana at the end of each class I would walk home feeling energised and at peace, a great combination. I learnt so much in 8 weeks that I am very confident attending the intermediate class from now on!
