Me and my partner went for deserts and like always they were amazing. Their winter menu is lovely I had the sticky toffee pudding and it was delicious. Definitely would recommend if you have a sweet tooth. We were looked after by Sue who was lovely and so where the rest of the staff.

I can’t fault the food or service but the inside temperature of the place was just far too hot for comfort or to even stay. We ordered our food and it came promptly - which was as good job as the heat was unbearable after just a few minutes. My daughter became quite flush in the face quite quickly and was unable to carry on eating her dessert as she became quite nauseous. The staff tried to accommodate us very quickly with supplies of ice water and by cranking the AC up but it was fruitless, all that could be done for us to feel comfortable was to leave. This is on a day where the weather has been quite inclement so I dread to think what it’s like for customers and your poor staff on the hot days that we experience.

Came with my whole family to Middlesbrough creams and the lovely worker Sue served our table. She was very polite and accommodating. Served us with a smile, brilliant service! Would definitely come back to met the lovely sue
