Recently I have rented a property via Eaton Green, as I was working abroad viewing was done virtualy with my friend visiting the place.My experiance was positive from my first call to the agency, letting agent Emelis is friendly, responsive and was open to address any questions. As I moved to a flat there were few things which I requested agency/landlord to approve repairs or upgrades and Emelis proactivly worked on getting those sorted in a timely manner. Even handyman and trader sent on behalf of an agency were really good chaps who went beyond.Excellent and professional service overall from an entire team. Would definitely recommend working with Eaton Green. It's all about communication which goes both ways.
