I have now tried 4 times to schedule a tour of this nursery without any success! When I called more than a month ago to schedule a tour I was transferred to the main office - they advised that before they schedule a tour I had to schedule a phone call. They had a phone call available in two weeks - I thought to myself that was a long wait but then again I was understanding. I blocked the time in my work calendar and when it finally came I made sure I was available to take the call. After waiting for 10 minutes and nobody called I called the nursery myself - I was transferred to their main office and they told me - well we usually advise parents to wait 15 minutes !" something I was not told when I booked the call - I wonder what would have happened if I was late 15 minutes!. Anyway 15 minutes passed and still no call. Finally half an hour later a woman called Emina called me from the nursery; at that point I couldn't speak to her for too long as I had to go into a conference call for work. I explained all I wanted was to schedule an in-person tour. She told me that she thinks there is an availability on the next day in the morning but she was not in front of her calendar so she was going to call me back in the afternoon to confirm - I never heard back! A week later I called again and happened to speak to Emina again - she apologized profusely but advised that once again she had to check the calendar and that she was going to call me back with available dates - again I did not get a call. Finally I called again - this time it was someone else I didn't get her name. She kind of apologized but not really - for most of the call I had to listen to her shouting at me about how busy they are and how it is not their fault that they cannot return calls of prospective clients because they were too busy with the kids and they were their priority. I suggested they needed to look at their processes or hire more people. I explained that I haven't had this experience with any other nursery. The woman was very rude so I ended the call.Trying to schedule a tour for the past month and a half and never hearing back is simply not serious. Nurseries that cost much less than that provide much better customer experience. In the end my impressions from everybody I spoke to on the phone from this nursery were extremely poor. If these are the people that would look after my son it is best he doesn't go there!"

My baby started here at 6 months and loves it. He gets excited every time we arrive there and has fun during the day. Staff are lovely and welcoming. They have an app that they update during the day with pictures and information on what the baby has eaten, which is very reassuring. I’m happy I chose this nursery.

I went for a tour of this nursey today. As soon as i sat down the lady brought out the price list, I was told that they offered the 15hr and that I would have to pay the difference, if i just wanted the 15hr they couldn't offer me that becuse they have alot of children and not enough staff, but no sooner was I told that, I was told that i probably would not be able to afford the difference because they have a different calibre of people who work in high paid jobs like J.P Morgan and that I should go down the road to the government funded school, i didn't get to look round the nursery because i was told that it wasnt fair because i wouldn't be able to afford the fees. I was shocked and when it sunk in i felt disgusted. Do not send your children to this nursey if you are working class, also got the impression that they are just a business making money and they don't care about you kids, stuck up, judgemental and snoty.

I went to personal tour yesterday,ı liked very much where up to 2.years olds are -first floor, but second floor is very small for pre schools and looks exactly like community childrens center. The lady accompanied us to the door was not able even to lift the baby to sit on the horse toy properly she even çektirdik with Unease and she was in hurry to let us go helding the door for us not even letting me to help my daughter to wear her staff so we did it outside.due to this she got cold since yesterday.overall was not happy with the experience

My daughter settled in October 2019 and started in the baby room at this nursery in November 2019 at the age of 6.5 months old. As a first time mum , I am entirely comfortable with leaving my daughter in the care of the nurturing staff in the setting - the care from the staff in baby room is exceptional, she adores her key person and is always smiling on her arrival to nursery. At the same time as my daughter starting, the new manager joined the nursery and added wonderful changes to the nursery, we were offered a parents evening appointment which was very informative and gave us more of an insight as to our daughter's development at nursery, special occasions are celebrated throughout the nursery as a whole with all involved (we particularly enjoyed the dad's choir at Christmas). The nursery is a happy stimulating environment for the children and has a warm welcoming from everyone.

I had a call scheduled for Tuesday 1st Feb at 2 pm. I made myself available at work but, to my surprise, no one called. I phoned the nursery and the only option was to leave my name and number for them to call me back. Well, it is Saturday now and I have never heard back from them. Very unreliable and unprofessional nursery. For sure, not the place where I would leave my child.

Pretty good nursery despite its recent downgrade by Ofsted. There is a new manager there now and it has improved dramatically. The carers genuinely care about the kids and my two bounce out daily polite and relaxed. They aren't helicopter-parenting either, thankfully. Bit pricy but it is St Johns Wood so what do you expect?

I wish there was an option to rate 0 or 0.5 !!I had an appointment for a tour at 2:00 pm and I have reached there on-time. Someone (I came to know that she is one of the teacher of the room that my kid was supposed to go , if I decided to enroll) signed me in and asked me to take a seat... No one showed up till around like 2:15 pm... (Had I been late from my side , would they have even allowed me still for a tour , I wonder) nothing was mentioned or spoken when I signed in ,that so&so person from Administration will come and give me a tour etc etc as a courtesy.. Nothing! After 15 mins, a lady from admin team comes and started giving me a tour...Very cold treatment and the teachers from the class related to my sons age were not at all friendly or not even an eye contact was made or a simple hi could have done too.. But nothing! I was really surprised to see a day care setting with such a cold treatment! Then no one even mentioned about Kids going out for garden time (I forgot too after being in shock for such a non friendly environment for little ones). After the tour, the admin lady simply went through the fee structure and that’s it! No one even greeted my son or spoke to him.. I wonder where the nursery manager was!If you want your child to thrive mentally and physically , please avoid this nursery!!!
