Wow! I cannot recommend this company enough - Sam was so helpful and accommodating. Alan came round to set up and he was so lovely, especially when I couldn't decide where to put the tub :) nothing was too much trouble. The next day I had a user error and they couldn't have resolved it any quicker. Thank you so much for making my husbands 40th birthday extra special. What a fantastic local business!

We hired a hot tub as a special lockdown birthday treat. Duchy were just amazing - friendly, knowledgeable and adhered to all of the covid restrictions. We had zero contact with them during set up - they left us perfectly set up for a wonderful week, afterwards when dismantled you wouldn't have known they'd been. Nothing was too much trouble and the tub was amazing! When you know you wouldn't use a hot tub every day, but fancy a treat Duchy are the best!

A very disappointing experience. It is very difficult to get hold of the company, they very rarely answer the phone. They didn’t turn up on the agreed date and time, didn’t turn up at all. After the no show there was no response to my multiple calls, left messages and text messages. I managed to contact them nearly a month later to be given a list of excuses of why they hadn’t turned up which combined together are hard to believe.

Always a fabulous experience, have hired a tub several times now and cant recommend Duchy highly enough.Customer service/care is exceptional, and tubs excellent quality, filled quickly and are a treat at any time of year.Ten stars!!! Thhhanks again guys!!

What a great addition to our holiday home rental for our 20th wedding anniversary. It was really easy to deal with Sam and get everything organised. It was set up and filling when we arrived and there were very clear and helpful use and care tips for the week. We used it every day in February and it was consistently hitting 40 Deg C when left with the cover on overnight. We will treat ourselves again in the future for sure. Thank you Sam!

Just hired one of the 6-8 person tubs over the bank hol weekend for our 10th wedding anniversary. It was absolutely fantastic!The contact from Sam was first class and Alan did a cracking job setting it all up and taking it awayIt was really easy to use and great for us and the kids. Cannot recommend highly enough.I tried several local companies but Duchy were the only ones to get back to us and were first class.The extras it comes with like the ice bucket Bluetooth speaker and the floating disco lights were awesome.Thanks for everything, will be using again.

Great service, very friendly and efficient. We treated ourselves to a week's hire at home. Loved all the little extras that came with it and will definitely be recommending to friends and family. I hired a hot tub as a birthday treat for my partner. Right from the first contact Dan was friendly and helpful. The hot tub was set up and explained on delivery. All clean and in good working order. Would recommend and will definitely use again for any future hire.
