This summer wa exceptional hot for many this year and I believe it will only get worse.Enough was enough so we got in touch with Westcott with a view to AC being installed.We made arrangements for John to come out ,we agreed to have three units.John was so informative knowing exactly what we needed.Keeping us informed all the wayGreat bunch of guys came out to install the three units this week.Such a professional team friendly polite bunch of chaps.They installed AC did an amazing job and did the work in a short time they cleaned up so brilliantly.We are so delighted with the whole job from start to finish.Thank you to all of you.Love our AC, works a treat.Oh and AC units act as dehumidifiers and heating too all ready for the winter.

Excellent efficient fast service from point of sale to installation. Knowledgeable helpful salesman John was great help as I had no idea which system to go for. Installation was seamless, and the 3 workmen arrived on time and went to work straight away, they were superb professional, polite and worked nonstop, highly recommend Westcott Refrigeration, will definitely be using them again.

Really pleased with the service from Westcott. John replied promptly with a quote and was friendly and not pushy on the site visit. The guys who installed it were professional and completed the job to a high standard. They were there just over four hours and left everything neat and tidy. I'd happily recommend.

Professional and on time installation of air con unit. If I had to be picky, I would have liked a little more help with wifi connection set up - got the impression the guys were itching to leave at the end of their visit. Having said that, we are not the quickest re all things tech! Overall, a good team. Thxs

Before Covid, Westcott installed to Heat Pump and did an excellent job. However, that was some 5 years ago.I wanted to have the units serviced so I called them and booked a date. I specifically asked how much the service would be and was told £75 per unit, so the cost to me would be £150.00Their engineer was excellent, taking out the filters and dusting them off; spraying the coils and wiping down the outside of the units. When asked its they check gas pressure, he stated that they no longer do that and basically they wait for something to go wrong and the quote to fix it.However the reason for the one star rating was for the invoice / bill.As I stated I had asked the cost of the service, unfortunately it didn't include travelling to our home to carry out the service or the piece of rag that was used to wipe the unit down.Never again will I recommend Westcott.

Very professional service both from the initial home visit and discussion, and from the installation team. The advice covered the installation requirements and a basic system was recommended although I had mentioned an interest on a more stylish option if available. When the quote was received a researched other models in the range of the same spec and requested an upgrade to a stylish black model with air purifier. This was no problem and was not a significant on cost to the overall bill, so I was delighted at this option although would have preferred to have discussed the options at the start.The installation went very well, however their was one snagging issue with the location of the outside unit as it needed to be spaced quite far off the wall for airflow. Again this was not a problem for the Westcott team, and within 1 further working day they were back to correct this.As a result I am very pleased with the service, very impressed with the installation and got a high quality product that looks good in my bedroom.

Have just had two aircon units installed for heating and airconditioning. Really pleased with the service - a very quick response to our initial enquiry, and all installed within a week. The units are working really well with two nice warm rooms and hopefully lower electricity bills to follow.
