Highly recommend this firm. We have used them a few times now and they are very knowledgeable, friendly and carry out the work promptly and to a very high standard.

John was absolutely fantastic - he was polite and courteous, offered great communication and did a very tidy job.We were having pigeon spikes fitted to our aerial, which was a dry weather dependent task as some glue had to set - John was great at keeping in touch with me and always kept his promises about calling and updating me on when the weather might be good enough to do the work. In the end he even managed to do it without us needing to be in, which was so convenient.Really good customer experience from start to end - I’d highly recommend Caversham Aerial Services.

I had to have my aerials checked recently as my reception was becoming so bad I couldnt watch certain programmes and channels. I called Caversham Aerial Services mainly because they are really a local company, not just a website with an internet advert and an anonymous 0800 number, so I felt happy to deal with them. They arrived on the day promptly on time,were very neat and tidy and courteous. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, they had to replace the old aerial as it was around 20 years old, but my tv is now working properly and I am very satisfied with the service I received. I would not hesitate recommending Caversham Aerial Services.
