Why are people here like this?! 10 minutes to close and you can no longer serve anyone? and she still speaks rudely and with a mocking face. Country of laziness, where your working hours are from 9am to 5pm, but you only work until 4:40.

This was my first visit. We took in 6 bags of clothing and 1 bag of bed linen. The linen bag was 5kgs whilst the bags of clothing were 60kgs (as weighed at home prior to). However, when we got there, we could not see the amount as the weighing scale was not visible to customers (as the back was facing the door). We were paid £13.60!! Next time l will send the clothes to Africa directly for my loved one's gain!!!

Absolutely disgusting place , very very rude women OMG I have never seen such a rude unprofessional women in my entire life, shame for them , I had 20KG nice clothes clean and they offered me just £4 what a shame , disgusting very disgusting, please don’t waste your time going there you will be regretted ….

We basically got £15 in return for a bunch of old clothes that we would have otherwise given away for free or binned.We've been told that the clothes go overseas to those who need them, so although the money given is minimal, it doesn't really matter if they are going to a good cause.

Price dropped from 50p per kg to 40p per kg. I lost out on £7 today for some very nice and some clothing that still had labels on but needed the space in my loft so unfortunately didn't have a choice.Getting up at 4.30am on a Sunday to do a car boot is sounding more appealing for next time I have a clear out and will definitely put a lot more money in my pocket!
