Carers from Caring Care have been visiting my Mom since last August. My Mom is 90 and is bedbound due to a deteriation in her dementia. They visit four times a day and they are always reliable, cheerful, and do a brilliant job. A big thank you to all the carers especially our regulars Ramandeep and Navdeep.

Some of the carers are good but some are not. Left instructions so many times to the office and carers to do the quick and simple tasks but they dont get done. They hardley ever stay for there full 30 minute some have left after 15mins even 10. My parents deserve proper care im considering to look else where. Caring care please train some of your staff to do what there suppose to.

Really good service provided by Caring Care. Usha and Tilk look after my grand mom. Sharon has been really helpful when sorting out carers. I would recommend people to use Caring Care.

Caring care is an excellent care company. The carers are well trained, helpful and polite. The office staff are easy to contact even out of hours.Taranjit Anna they are helpful and friendly in office and I like to speak both of them .The cares Simran ,parveen,kiran and jashan they are brilliant. Couldn't ask for better carer.
