Awful Landlord Taylor , they house drunks,addicts and worse wherever they see fit. With no consideration whatsoever for neighbours. As long as they get their payment off the local council they don't care. How about putting these people next door to Mr Taylor to see how long he puts up with noise, rubbish being left to rot, rats, unruly behaviour etc etc. Shocking in an understatement he has no morals. There should be a stop to him buying up properties and creating ghetto's . Ive had to give 1 star to post this but I wouldn't even give them that. They have commented on here that they cannot be responsible for their tenants!!! yes you can, take references, check them out and when you get a complaint about a tenant deal with it

Great landlords in Lowestoft we have been with Taylor for almost 12 years now, still living in the same property of his. Never had any issues. Best office staff especially Gill. I'm glad I am Taylor's tenant.

Best landlord i've ever had. Take care of the property and they take care of you. Any issues are resolved quickly. Highly recommended

Working hours are short but staff seem to be friendly, very reliable and always lovely on the phone.

Terrible. These peole have v little regard for property and don't answer the phone the few hours they're openEDIT _ Of course I'm unknown to you you're barely open and when you are you don't answer the phone. you're criminals or negligent, pick one

I think Taylor lettings are a loud of barsterd as steal your name money and your life away from you

We were looking for some where to live and Taylors name was mentioned to us. we phoned them and they couldn't have been more helpful, we were offered a flat within 3 months of signing up with them. Have never looked back, what a great company and people to be with, so helpful and friendly and a great place to live.
