Visited this store last week . Lovely tidy store and well stocked. Nice helpful friendly staff. Felix the manager is very helpful and knowledgeable and couldn't do more to help me. Will definitely be coming back

An easy place to get to as based at Christchurch retail park. There are other shops located on the complex including: Home Bargains, Lidl, McDonald's etc.The pet shop has a wide range of products for all your animal needs and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.Easy to find products, as they are all in sections they do also have animals eg rabbits and hamsters, mice etc that you can purchase.

Went to buy some neon tetras with my daughter on her birthday and was dealt with by a young girl who was clearly having a bad day and that putting it bluntly. She proceeded to tell me she wouldn't sell us the fish as I only new the measurements of the tank and not the litre capacity. Spoke to the general manager Felix who to be fair seemed a nice enough guy but absolutely useless in terms of trying to solve the riddle of being able to sell us the fish.

Incompetent staff and manager too. If I wasn't careful , they scanned a product twice. And it's not the first time in this store. Also when it comes to have some info, they are very elusive and try to run away. Patience : 0Communication skills: 0Where have they found these people to employ??

We've just visited this store as we are picking up our adopted pup today. We were so appreciative of Quentin for both his knowledge and for helping us get the best deal by introducing us to the app. It's so nice when an employee goes the extra mile, especially as dog owner newbies. 10/10.
