I can't rate Helene's professional skills highly enough. I have completed her Confidence on Camera training and also had some 121's for business coaching. Firstly, Helene is warm and friendly with a great sense of humour and makes me feel at ease. Secondly she has effective strategies for helping us make positive changes at our own pace.
