Cloud 9 Leisure Inflatable Park

We had a party here yesterday for my 6 year old , he had a great time unfortunately there was one of member of staff im guessing he was the manager, he totally ruined it for me. He was miserable as sin. He kept telling my 6 year old to be quiet, at a party ? He’s obviously excited, hes with all his friends . I dont think this staff member should be working in a environment with young children when he clearly doesn’t like them. Massive chip on his shoulder . Apart from him we had a great time however we wont be returning because of the manager.

This is an alright choice for a rainy day.It's a very simple place, but little people enjoy running around like loons, so it keeps them entertained and out of the weather.There are plenty of staff about making sure the kids are okay.Refreshment shack upstairs with a few viewing windows overlooking the inflatable area.There is a water dispenser in the inflatable area, which is a simple touch but clearly appreciated by the sweaty children.My two points for improvement would be more seating in the inflatable room.Longer session for the price as an hour to a child literally disappears. 1.5hrs would be more a fairer length of time with the option to extend if desired.

Cloud9 is a great place for all ages! Have taken my godsons many times. I have also been to a number of events at Cloud9 that cater to adults. Great fun! The Cafe & Bar area serves good food and an assortment of great bevvies and cocktails.

I was here with my daughter on Thursday afternoon, apart from us, there was only one other family, so we had the whole space to ourselves. Very nice place to spend time with children. Various inflatable games, the child can have a lot of fun. Friendly staff, there is water available that you can pour yourself into cups. Non-slip socks can be purchased on site. I think this place is more suitable for kids 5/6+, my daughter is 4 and had a great time, but not on all games. She liked the bouncy football pitch and the race the most. The whole place is very clean, free lockers, there is a huge free parking outside.

Fun inflatable play centre for the kids. Advise that you don't go with a single child though as child might not enjoy it. Much more fun if there is someone to play with.

Really chilled place, the kids get an hour, there's a limited number of people inside, so not overcrowded at all.Parents have to stay with younger kids, so a very nice calm atmosphere. Particularly for me with older kids sitting in the cafe!We will be coming back!

Went with a group. Safety briefing was very thorough but difficult for very young ones to digest. Would suggest that an hour is perfect, any longer and little one will get bored. Our group ranged from 3 years to 40 and everyone had a good time. One of the games wasn't working during our visit, but it didn't affect our enjoyment. A water dispenser is in hand and is a must - really good touch! I would give a five if the venue was bigger and some of the games were a bit more challenging. Would suggest best age range to go is between 4- 12. Wouldn't go again, but would recommend it to others (have already done so).

My grandson and all his year 6 leavers arranged a visit here. They had a great time. There was a safety talk before going in. Good choice of things to do they had one hour in there and pizza afterwards. The pizzas were hot and tasty. Everyone had a great time.

I came with a 13 and 6ft tall 15 year old who gave it 11 minutes before reporting they were twice the size of all the other kids and feared knocking them over; “we’re as big as the staff”. I was charged £5.98 for two cans of coke offered without a glass which felt extortionate.I shared our experience with a member of desk staff before I left who was sympathetic but ultimately unhelpful, it’s pick of the draw what age range the kids are each time.I’d say don’t take teenage kids.

Our kids (Aged 4 - 13) all love it, we went during the Easter holidays to get some energy out, did the job perfectly! Recommended!
