Hypnos Beds Head Office & Showroom

I bought a bed direct from Hypnos 3 years ago. I recently started to have issues with the mattress. The service I have had in dealing with these issues has been excellent from the customer services team.Initially I spoke to Brenda who was very understanding, she then arranged for Sarah Hennessy who is head of customer services to contact me - the service I have received from Sarah has been exceptional, just as you would expect from a premium brand.Thanks to Sarah, I am completely satisfied with how she handled the issue.

Lovely run down to this place! Memo to anyone delivering, bridge height 14.6 if you follow postcode. You need to come in from the other side (Thame, I think) anyway check before you venture.Flt guys always helpful and on the ball.Yard, a little tight to manoeuvre at times, but were professional drivers!!Always a pleasure.Cheers.

5 months ago we purchased the Hypnos/Premier Inn mattress, due to the comfort of the bed while staying at Premier Inn.but recently we found the mattress had a manufacturing fault, the topper material inside bunched up in the middle and as there was inadequate support on the sides, I kept having a feeling of falling out of bed, during the night the mattress also had the seam coming apart, they sent an engineer who agreed with us, he sent in in the report, eventually I got back an email stating Hypnos felt it was not a manufacturing fault, yet the engineer stated it was, I complained and they apologised and stated the money would arrive in 10 days, 10 days later I chased as no money arrived and they stated that as the delivery guys had not advised the office of faulty mattress arriving at the Hypnos factory, I would have to wait another 10 days. Will I buy another Hypnos bed from them no way,!! Poor quality and worst simply trying to get out of refunding the money I am owed

Top drawer. Thank you Shannon! We've just left Hypnos' showroom after over an hour, much deliberation, and loads of questions. Shannon took care of us the entire time, she was patient, attentive, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. After making our choice she handled the delivery/collection for us, and we're on our way home super excited about our new bed, with a couple of pillows too! Thoroughly recommended on all fronts.

This has been an absolute nightmare!! Within weeks the mattress developed severe dips, we followed all guide lines on turning the mattress weekly etc. After 2 1/2 months my partner and I developed shoulder, back and neck pain. We are in our mid 30s fit and have never had back issues. Falling asleep on the tube seems to be more comfortable at present!!!We have sent photo evidence with spirit levels clearly showing issues, to which they sent around a mattress inspector with 0 tools. His exact words to us was that he could see there was an issue but the mattress was “too new to fail”. He looked for about 3 mins and said the issue was not caused by us. However when John Lewis called us they said he reported an issue with our bed base which he didn’t even inspect!!!! We are getting an independent company to conduct a review to which I will publish both reports as it is clearly evident we are not the only people suffering from Hypnos induced insomniaI don’t mean to be malicious or negative in any manner but to a potential customer please consider buying another brand otherwise you have a strong possibility of sleeping on the floor or spare room!

Ordered Hypnos mattress on line via Land of Beds. In spite of all the claims about the mattress on their website and after months of sleeping on it this is still not the comfortable and sumptuous mattress they promise. Plus the sewn in topper which is meant to make it even more comfortable is pointless and does not match their claims for comfort. My advice….do not buy.

Very helpful, answered all our questions, gave us plenty of time to select the correct mattress for use which is being delivered tomorrow.

Recently, I went to visit the Hypnos factory. I was impressed by the cleanliness, organization and good mood of the people. My guide was Mrs Teodora, who presented and explained each stage in the production of high-quality mattresses.I recommend Hypnos.
