A big shout out to this fantastic garage. I have used them before have always found them honest reliable and professional. They have just helped my very stressed daughter who was on her way to work and found a flat tyre , they are calling to her home in the morning to fix it. Lucky she has my car tonight. She has enough stress in her job with the ambulance service so they really did help her. Thank you

Fantastic garage who are extremely friendly and helpful. Popped by as I was passing with a small problem and they fitted me in there and then. Plus gave me a brew while I was waiting. Couldn't recommend them more.

Fantastic and Rapid Service: Had my tyre replaced here which, had popped on the way to an appointment. They had replaced it for me rapidly and I was on my way. The team was helpful, professional & understood the situation - would definitely recommend them!

Possibly the best customer service I have ever received!Charlene was superb today and this needs recognising.My MOT had ran out. I wasn’t aware until 3pm today (Friday). I was frantically ringing all local garages. (My usual garage couldn’t help me, I just got a no can do from them disappointing they didn’t even try even after me explaining my circumstances and I have been a customer a few years).I’d rang Birdhall but got no answer, I didn’t actually leave a voice message. But Charlene had seen my missed call and phoned my number back within 2 mins, I was very impressed at just getting the call back. (Most companies don’t bother responding even when you leave a voice message or email).I explained my stressful circumstances to the amazing Charlene and that I needed my car this weekend as I’m caring for my parents. Even though her garage had no availability, she took the initiative to ring there other garage to see if they could help me. Within 2 mins she’d got me booked in with them for 4pm. I couldn’t believe it.I’ve not received customer service like that in a very long time. Going the extra mile for people does blow them away and it gains loyalty and so many recommendations. Having never spoken to Charlene before her kindness was very much appreciated today. She made a very stressful day so much better, what may have seen like a small thing to Charlene made such a big difference to me! I think she deserves a pay rise! You will get all my business going forward. Thank you so very much. x

Wonderful service as always. I’ve used this garage many times and the mechanics are amazing. Great communication from start to finish. I would definitely recommend if u want a garage that doesn’t rip you off.

Unfortunately as part of my wifes MOT the handbrake needed adjusting. It lasted 5 minutes and almost rolled out of the petrol station whilst filling with fuel. Took back and couldnt fit me in. So much for safety. Not a great experiance will have to look for another garage we can rely on

Probably best garage I’ve been to, fair prices and lovely people. They don’t try to rip you off either and they let you know if the work needs doing asap or if it can wait etc, will be using again

Used Birdhall lane for a couple of years now. Great service and always go the extra mile to sort out the problem. Recent problem for both family cars and sorted out by the next day at a fair price. Highly recommend
