Ray was fantastic, explaining our choices and how softeners and water filters work. He was very thorough during both the survey and installation, taking great care. There was no pressure to buy, just a nice genuine guy. So refreshing to find someone who cares about his customers and delivered a high standard of work.

When I first contacted them to explain the problem with my water softener, they replied with advice to try and save me the cost of a call out, which was so helpful.As it turned out I did need an engineer. I had an appointment booked at a time and date convenient with me, the engineer explained everything, was honest, professional and friendly. My water softener was fixed and the charge was extremely reasonable. The engineer tidied up and even made a fuss of the cat and dog who were very interested in what they were doing.I cannot recommend Softener Salts Ltd enough. I have already recommended them to my family and friends.

Excellent from start to finish. We had been previously told by another softener company that we needed to replace our softener and buy a smaller one to fit under our sink. When i met Ray by chance we discussed it and he quickly identified that the location for install was incorrect and we could in fact keep our existing Ecowater system. He was a gent from the start and gave great advice, saving us a lot of issues and money. His expertise and customer service are both fitst class. I'd been buying my softener salt from Softener Salts for some time when I asked them if they could service my softener. They could, and did, with remarkable efficiency, even recommending a plumbing change that could improve salt loading. As a result of this great service we asked them to install a mains water filter to remove the need for our filter jug. They attended on time and installed the filter impeccably and in good time, and adjusted the plumbing on my softener as they'd suggested earlier. A great improvement, and a great service.

First time having a water softener installed so wasnt sure what to expect but literally cannot fault them. From start to finish, Ray was a pleasure to deal with and worked hard to find a solution that worked for our rather complicated mains water configuration. He was upfront at every stage about the process and the install went without a hitch. Now had our Infinity system for a week and its superb. Pricing was in-line with other local suppliers so was confident we werent being overcharged.
