Hand to Heal (Reflexology)
Sessions with Jane have helped my daughter turn a corner with her anxieties. She understands her triggers better now and is able to address situations she found difficult before Jane's help. So let's be clear- Reflexology with Jane seems to be more than just helping with physical difficulties. Mental health improves, too. Who would have thought this? I can not recommend Jane enough. In fact, I AM recommending her all the time because her methods truly work

Hand to Heal (Reflexology)
Jane has provided me with reflexology treatment several times now. She has been consistently professional and caring. Jane has excellent hand skills, and hasn't once tickled my feet, which is a miracle considering how ticklish my feet can be. Nor does she use hippy-magic-talk to try and convince me of the effects of reflexology, which is a good thing for this old sceptic! Instead, every time I finish a session, I walk home feeling much better, much more relaxed, and much more at peace with myself and the world. I would definitely recommend Jane's services.

Jane was recommended to me by acquaintances. This was my very first reflexology session and I was unsure of what to expect. On arriving, though, Jane immediately put me at ease; she has a lovely combination of professionalism and warmth. I learned that the sessions can be tailored to the client’s needs or wishes. After weeks of being in new surroundings and intense learning, the session was spot-on for getting me to relax and refocus. The touch of another person’s caring hands is invaluable. I left with an extra spring in my step and more focussed. I’ll be back!

Having reflexology with Jane is always a very relaxing experience, I love looking out at all the greenery in her garden, until I invariably fall asleep! I highly recommend her, whatever your state of health. She has supported me through a challenging work and health time and has truly healing hands.

Hand to Heal (Reflexology)
I’ve been having reflexology with Jane now for about 5 months. I had an operation in October and was struggling with my recovery and Jane really helped me with pain management and relaxation. I have a condition called Endometriosis and Jane spent the time reading up on the condition to ensure she knew they best way to help me. Thank you Jane!!

Having a few medical conditions, reflexology is a therapy which I really benefit from.Jane has been my chosen therapist and she tailors each treatment accordingly. Its good to find a a therapist who is a natural healer and you leave her treatments feeling calm with a sense of well being . I would recommend her 100%.

If you're looking for reflexology in Penarth, I highly recommend Jane @ Hand to Heal. I have been having regular sessions with Jane throughout my pregnancy and they have really helped with things like headaches, back pain and stress.
