I actually went in to collect a parcel but got talking to the sales guy who was so helpful and talked me through switching to vaping. I came away with a very nice kit to see how I got on. So pleased I did. Thank you for your time and patience, I’ve been converted and will be returning.

I've smoked for 35 years, today, with great advice, I no longer need too. I've got a cute Coolfire Z50, and haven't wanted to smoke at all. Tried several times to vape and all failed over the years, but just goes to show you, that some sales guys listen to their customers and give the best advice xx TY so much Michael for your help, you have no idea of how much you have done for me xx

A great place for all your vaping needs. Always willing to help with advice on vapes and flavours. Friendly and personable we were so glad to find this shop near to us after moving home. Used to use the one in Southampton city centre and we're glad to keep receiving the same level of service in a different area of the city.Can't remember the guy's name I speak to but wanted to say thanks for always helping us fella. He's the tea drinker with the multicoloured hair. An even more pleasurable experience especially as I dont vape and go there on behalf of my other half. :)

Ive been into the shop and the staff there are very polite and welcoming with a warm smile and knows exactly what hes doing. This shop is really good for their products i would really recommend to anyone to go to this shop.

Been shopping for my vape supplies for a long time with this place, never again. Refused a refund of a faulty item. Avoid them at all costs!
