Got my suite delivered Monday. Fantastic service from ordering all the way through to delivery. Elaine in Uddingston was so helpful. James and Scott the delivery men were amazing and couldn't do enough to help. Thanks guys.

Darren and Jamie delivered my new suite this morning, they were very professional and very cheery considering the -3 degree weather . They were very helpful and also gave me a £200 pound voucher for the store.Keep up the good work guys and have a lovely Christmas.

Excellent service from looking through to delivery. We visited the shop with nothing special in mind other than a leather suite. The sales assistant introduced herself then left us to look around uninterrupted which was good as we found the big chains provide a 'Stocking the Customer Specialist' as soon as you put a foot in the door. The range they keep in stock is enormous with a great selection of styles that you do net see anywhere else. We found exactly what we were looking for and it was delivered the following day by very careful and courteous delivery men who were very helpful and polite and they took great care not to damage anything. They even removed the packaging for us.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Got my new sofa delivered from r&j last week and can honestly say from start to finish buying with them was a breeze, the sales staff know exactly what they are talking about I took a picture of my empty living room and they had an idea within seconds, delivery men where an absolute pleasure, I struggled to get my old sofa out and they were more than happy to move it for me ! Chatty and very friendly delivery men who looked fantastic ;), I will definitely use them again !!!

Thank you for sorting out the misunderstanding with my order. The suite was delivered today everything went well with pick up and delivery. Customer service great, I am now a very long time happy custimer.
