We had our staircase replaced just over 5 years ago now, which was done quickly & looked fabulous. However we were warned never to put wet towels over the rail which were french polished, so we didn't, but other family visiting did. I can only thank Dave for coming today and restoring our banister rail back to what it looked like 5 years ago. What a great after customer care service they provide, as well as the original installation. Nothing is too much trouble for them, so thanks Dave & Chad.

Slav has done a great job installing our under-stair door and drawer. He has been extremely helpful and was happy answer all our questions during installation. He did the installation within 5 hours. The end product is beautiful and we are a happy & satisfied customer!!!

I came into the showroom and Chad showed me around and spoke to me about the different options and worked a quote out for me, then Shane came round and for a home survey and talked me through everything thoroughly and showed me all the different samples of handrails, newel caps and spindles.
