Absolutely terrible service!!! The worst ever I've experienced!! They confirmed everything on text and then went back on their word the night before the job! It was so last minute and because everything else was planned, we decided to go forward with it despite them increasing the price by £30! Came in at the job 25 minutes late, wouldn't pick up the phone when called and then straight up lied saying the guy had arrived earlier?! - We had arrived half an hour before the appointed time so knew that he was lying. Didn't help with bringing our stuff and then went to the wrong location even though we had texted him our address twice!! Then made a huge fuss and wouldn't come to the location - we called constantly and he wouldn't pick up and when he did he kept telling us to meet him at the WRONG LOCATION and wouldn't budge!! After around 40 minutes of this, we walked to where he was and directed him back to the proper location where he literally threw our stuff out, left it on the street and the went!! Was utterly shocked by the behaviour! We called their office to complain and the guy apologized but kept giving excuses and kept defending his employees without knowing the facts. Learnt our lesson, better to go with a professional company like AnyVan, even their rates are cheaper!!

I have used gum tree for more than 15 years and never had any problem with any removal company, after the experience I had with this company ,I am less sensitive to price and do not want to hire a removal company ever from gumtree , words can not describe how terrible their service is , I genuinely believe the 5 stars reviews they have are not genuine as the names are quite similar and from the same region in the world.

did a removal job for me - turned up on time and the 2 mens were very helpful and politegot the job done in the time specified, reasonable rates - would us again

Perfect service, helped unloading and loading, extremely polite and helpful gentleman, would definitely recommend, may it be for a short notice trip to any sort of removal/van requirements.
