I have to say I was sceptical about what to expect but we received a fantastic service. The whole process was very easy from start to finish. From initial valuation online we booked an appointment at our local centre. The lady at the centre was very friendly and polite. She gave the car a once over and checked our paperwork, keys, locking wheel nuts, service history etc. She mentioned a couple of stone chips and two alloys that were scuffed which we knew about. She deducted some money for those which was very fair. We were happy with the price and proceeded with the sale. There is an admin fee of £75 and if you want the money in your account the same day there is an additional charge of £29. A few bits of paperwork to sign. It took about 15 mins for the whole process. I was quite shocked at how easy it was. The money was in our account in about 30 mins. Great service and completely hassle free. You have nothing to lose as you can walk away if you are not happy with the price. We got offered £1000 more than the best trade-in price. I will definitely be using their services again. I would definitely recommend them.

Very straightforward process. Booked and sold on same day. Efficiently dealt with minor issue due to recent plate change from private number. Reasonably satisfied with the price offered and compensated by the speedy resolution of the sale.

Perfect from start to finish. I almost did the dance lol. Lady was great and paid me a fair price. 2nd time using we buy any car. Never let us down yet.

Poor customer service skills the lady who met me doesn't want to work there she cant be bothered no customer skills at all very poor service

Very very very bad manner of the person who served us, he didn't introduce himself, he didn't look at us, he was very cold extremely bad customer service, blunt, stand offish etc.I'm not being funny but just because you drop into Buy Any Car does not mean firstly anyone is desperate to sell or desperate for money but the way this guy came across was extremely disrespectful. I drive a Range Rover Evoque and my husband just bought a van and didn't have any need for his current car therefore we thought let's just sell his car no point keeping it, we weren't really interested in getting top money for it but just to sell it so we can make room on our driveway, if we had been approached with some respect, manners and the gentleman introduced himself rather than the above we most probably would of been keen to have sold it to them but my husband lost interest in the whole experience and could not wait to get out of there. I have had better experience with another staff member few years ago and went very well to be fair.

My car was valued at £10,500 due to it having a chili pack. However, during my appointment I was told it did not have one which drastically reduced the value of my car. I was told the chili pack would have been included in my V5 which after a quick google I knew it wouldn't. A chili pack is for aesthetics rather than engine performance. I agreed to the very reduced price due to feeling like I had been scammed by the place I had brought it from. After my appointment which had lasted an hour and a half due to trying to prove my car did not have a chili pack i got in touch with mini. They sent me my cars specs and showed me that my car did have a chili pack. I had lost £800 due to incompetence. I have called multiple and even emailed to sort this issue but have not had any response.

Don’t bother with this branch of ‘we buy any car’ The most ignorant, customer unfriendly guy will assess your car and then chip away at the price. I think he must be on commission based on how much he can reduce the offer. They make you an attractive offer online then chip away when you get there. I’ve used their branch in Nottingham to sell a very expensive car before and didn’t get any of this pathetic penny pinching attitude from them. Avoid Fosse Park

They try to chip away at the price so much. My car is in good condition and they took 15% of the price used to lure me in. I explained the condition of the alloys over the phone and asked if that would affect the price. Come on in

Price reduced far more than expected so only just reasonable.
