I had a highly disappointing experience with this agency.They told that everything was fine, no need for additional procedures and can collect the keys the following week.I paid the holding deposit based on Hannah's confirmation. Then the agency introduced numerous additional procedures after receiving my holding deposit . This led to both financial loss and waste of my valuable time also face difficulty to find alternative accommodation at the last moment.
