FBM have not provided me with an opportunity to directlyrate the property we rented from them recently or their service.The property was not clean when we arrived. FBM arranged for it to be cleaned again.We saved all year for this holiday and have stayed in other budget" holiday lets that were not tired

I used FBM Holidays online initially and found their website very easy to navigate to the properties for renting in the area I wanted to stay. Once I located the cottage I booked through the website and found I had made a minor error at the end of the booking. I contacted FBM via email and had a quick response and the problem was sorted straight away.FBM holidays has an excellent range of properties on offer at competitive prices, they were very polite and professional on the telephone and through emails and I would recommended them with no hesitation. Our experience with FBM holidays was pleasant. Booking was simple and easy and most importantly, their website clearly indicated which properties were dog friendly: very important to us. The property was delightful, the owner's communication was great and our holiday was enjoyable and relaxing. We would definitely recommend.

FBM are the best company for holiday property rental In Pembrokeshire. I have booked with them on numerous occasions. Office Staff are friendly & welcoming when I collect the property keys & as I travel by train, they offer to keep my luggage in the office until I can get into the property & until my train home on the last day. I had a problem with heating in the last property I stayed at, one call to the office & an engineer was with me within the hour to sort the problem. The booking/reservation process is simple & their website easy to navigate. I can not recommend them highly enough.

Rang the Tenby office to book viewings of 3 properties I was told some one would ring back to arrange this, had no call back rang again 2 days later was told again someone would ring back again no one rang back. We had wanted to arrange viewings for when we were staying in Tenby and had booked place to stay and other viewings with another estate agent. All this was cancelled as we had no response from FBM. Rang again to be told someone would contact me as of now I am still waiting. We are very interested in one property in particular which we may loose out on purchasing as we have had no response.

Over a number of years we have stopped at a variety of properties arranged through FBM and have always been very impressed with the service. The website is informative and easy to use and they seem to think of everything, like double-checking things and making sure we know what arrangements are for getting a key if we are going to arrive outside their office hours. Also, their being in the centre of town makes it very convenient if we need to check anything out with them during the stay, or, for example, see if we can hold on to the accommodation for a few extra days.

I have booked my holidays with FBM holidays for over 20yrs. I have always found them to be very helpful & the staff very friendly to deal with.Any issues that have arisen have always been dealt with promptly.We found that our recent stay at 1 Clareston Road to be very enjoyable, it is a well appointed property in a very quiet area within a few minutes walk to the Town Centre.It has been recently modernised to a high standard, our only criticism was the lack of wardrobes & the property would benefit from a freezer.The major bonus is a garage for off street parking.

I have stayed in properties rented out by FBM now nine times, and each time, I can do nothing but heap praise on this company. Nothing is too much trouble. You can book your holiday safe in the knowledge that if there are any problems at all, they will be there to sort them out for you. On a couple of occasions, we have had slight, and I mean very slight, problems but once the office was contacted, they were dealt with swiftly and efficiently. The staff are extremely polite and pleasant and go out of their way to help you. I love seeing the updates on the FBM Facebook page and feel as if I am part of the 'family', so to speak! I would definitely recommend FBM Holidays to anyone, and do so each time anyone wants to book a holiday! Keep up the good work!

This is a fantastic company. Brilliant, friendly staff who are always on hand if you need them. Booking process is simple and effective. Their list of properties is superb for Tenby and I haven't been disappointed with any bookings. I would always use FBM Holidays for future holiday lets in Tenby, as they offer the best value for money and fantastic properties in one of the nicest towns in the UK.

This will be the 3rd year that we have been to Tenby and booked with FBM holidays.We have always had great service and stayed in conveniently located, reasonably priced and well furnished and maintained properties. Bed linen and towels are included in the price and beds are made up for you. Travel coats and high chairs have been provided free of charge too.We particularly lie the finishing touches such as the tea tray and bottle of wine that await us on arrival.A great experience all round!
