The best party hire company i have used. They are extreamly attentive and very informative regarding the services they provide. Most other party companies I have used have been uninformative and very aloof. However this company catered to all my needs and if they couldn't, made great alternative suggestions. I would recommend this company to everyone

Absolutely disappointed with the no correspondence, took the full payment for the three packages however only turned up with a plain candy floss cart, the lion mascot and bouncy castle wasn’t there, fully took the piss, have contacted several times to be refunded but I’ve just been fobbed off. Was booked for my nephews bday I’ve never felt so let down before, definitely won’t be booking again! No customer service id give a 0 if I could.

Very very disgusting behaviour asked for the money back and doesn’t even pick up the phone anymore just let’s it ring out never seen a bigger tramp then this booked and never turned up please make sure you don’t book with this guy before you lose out on your money I lost mine just trying to help others not be in my postition

Booked for my children’s birthday partyBooked for bouncy castle face paint candy floss and mascot unfortunately turned up with just candy floss refused to give me my refund as i had paid a large amount and ever since end of July I’ve been contacting there has been no correspondence I have proof of all forms of contact I’ve tried he just doesn’t want to give me my money back this is really unprofessional and out of order I even booked him 7 years ago for my oldest son 1st and this was the only company I trusted this is a huge letdown for me I had been waiting for weeks for a response and never got one I even phoned him lots of times he even cancelled the bouncy castle out of his own will and the face paint and mascot never arrived I feel very disappointed and I was hurt by the fact that he had taken advantage of my money I even got my friend to message him about a booking and he replied within a hour so I knew from then I was being ignoredWould give 0 stars if I could.
