Loosing our much loved labrador was very sad indeed for our family. Sue and her company handled the whole experience with great compassion, understanding and efficiency which is so important at such a time. I have nothing but praise with how Sue was with us as we were all so sad, I felt that she genuinely understood how we were feeling. Its not everyone who realises how difficult it is to loose a family pet.

The Most thoughtful, compassionate and sincere service possible. Sue and her family have made the incredibly emotional experience of losing my dog so much easier to deal with. From Diesel my boxer 10 years ago, Pasha(Akita), Alfie (Pinscher) to Dolly(Pug) who I collected today. I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend.

We had to take our dog to Cremate-a-pet Ltd on very short notice. They were able to help us out despite having very little warning. It was a very quick and simple process and they were able to help us with the most help and support I could've hoped for.

We said goodbye to our dog of sixteen years, Sydney on Saturdayand had to choose somebody to undertake the cremation for us.The vets had their own compeany, but we felt uneasy with the arrangements.I decided to research other companies of which these were one.Sue showed every attention from the start ensuring we were ok before even trying to introduce the service. In fact she followed our choices making sure we were happy with our decisions.It was obvious we made the right choice. Even in covid lockdown, she showed complete compassion and we had no boubt we had made the right choice in company for our Sydney.They delivered her to us this morning even in lockdown.The casket is beautiful.I have to only pray that if you find yourselves searching for the right people who are compassionate and professional, that you find this company. Quite remarkable people run this....business seems to harsher word for what they do and how they go about it. They handled the loss of our dear Harry with respect, tenderness and would go the extra mile to make our loss easier, then having gone that mile, they would go that bit further. A painful experience made a lot easier. Ive already told our other dogs that cremate-a-pet will be the way they will travel but they seem uninterested. Unfortunately I had to use this service twice in a space of a yr but they made it so much easier, the staff was friendly and kind and really understood what we wanted. I highly recommend and will definitely use again in the very far future (hopefully). Excellent service

When our beloved Simba passed our vets arranged his cremation with this company. I'm very thankful that they did as his ashes were returned to us quickly and beautifully presented in a casket with name plaque and with a condolence card. Thanks for being so thoughtful, it is appreciated.
