If I could give 0 stars I would. Just got conned 40 quid for a blackboard that was made of plastic. When asked for a refund they told us it costs 30 quid to refund. Shocking.

I needed to return a board & exchange for a bigger size. Emails & 3 phones called later still no correspondence to arrange a return. Each time told they can see the request, returns department will be in touch & 3 days later the courier company……nothing.Very disappointing.

Love my glass boards with white brick effect. They were packaged really well. Would definitely recommend. Now just need ex partner to put them up!!

Really pleased with the boards so far - Don't forget to roll your boards out flat to remove any curl from the cork before putting on the well. The recommended adhesive is great - seems to be latex based and has a really good grip. We used a brush and a foam roller to spread it out, left it a few minutes (no more than 5) to get tacky and then held the cork in place for a couple more and that was it. Came back an hour later to roll over the top with a paint roller just to press onto the wall and the results are as per the picture. Great fast delivery and good quality product.

Great service, ordered 3 skin white boards for the office - they are aesthetically pleasing and are very good quality for the price! Defo recommend! Delivery also arrives within 2 days!

Used this company for the first time and spent a fair bit on our order. Incorrectly ordered a display case that I thought was a4 but was in fact tiny. I asked could it be returned which they agreed but said there would be a £42 charge which was 65% of the entire cost. It then took about 10 emails and 3 weeks back and forth to actually arrange the pick up and get the tiny refund. The boards that we did keep are of very good quality but the inability to return mistake orders without such a hefty fee means I won't use them again, which is a shame as we have 2 more sites to fit out and would have happily been a long term customer.

I would like to give 0 stars but not an option! First ordered a whiteboard which was damaged and the staff refused to refund us initially, offered replacement but had a customer waiting so had to decline. Next ordered whiteboard came damaged again, sent replacement which was even more damaged and have refused to refund us but offered us a voucher (like we will ever order from them again!). The staff are not helpful or friendly, when you have a problem they dont seem to care. Their terrible business reflects on our business and I would not recommend this company!

Will have to pay for broken board to be collected. Appalling customer service. We ordered a board for our small business near the end of January.When we unpacked it to put it up, we noticed the wall fittings on the board itself were cracked and broken in several places, making it so the board could not be safely mounted. Was offered a free replacement but told that they could not collect the old board is more than 72 hours had passed since the delivery.On closer inspection the board is wrecked, cracked down the middle, bent and split frame, and more than five imperfections throughout the surface including bubbling etc separate from the large crack.I declined their offer to send a new board, as we will need to pay for someone to collect the two-and-half-meter board to take it to the dump and could not risk having two to get rid off! Boards Direct not too bothered about this, recommended calling a charity to collect the board as the 'damage is only slight'.A refund was then requested and agreed to on 7th Feb. Today is 23rd Feb, over two weeks later, no refund and no further contact from Boards Direct.

They may get the delivery wrong, they may send out damaged goods more than once and rectify with more damaged good. Just move on, stay away, this company is garbage. No, Zero QC, they dont give a Hoot. Lots more whiteboards out there. Just move on .Probably the worst company set up I have ever come across. Iso9001 they cant be, unless its from Micky Mouse
