Started going here just before Christmas and I will never look back. Everyone here is so welcoming and friendly, I never know what half the stuff is you can do with nails, but at no point did I feel silly for asking questions or having any of the lovely ladies explain anything to me. The nails themselves last and are really lovely quality, with a good selections of colours.The whole experience is friendly and good quality nails!! 10/10 would recommend.Bonus points for Cleo the frenchie too!

I had a truly awful experience at this nail salon - possibly the worst I have ever had.​Firstly, I wasn't seen until 20 minutes after I arrived, with no explanation from anyone in the salon as to why they were running late, or any assurance that I would be seen. I felt invisible, and as though my time did not matter. It was like I was there circumstantially, and was not going to be a paying customer.Secondly, the nail tech who did my nails appeared to have absolutely no love for her job. She cut my finger with the nail file, she was repeatedly distracted by other things going on in the salon, and the job she did was awful. The layers are bulky, it is extremely messy for French tips, she didn't brush the particles of nail off my hands after filing properly (so there are bits of nail dust suspended in the polish - disgusting) and she went over the edges of my nails and onto my fingers. I'll be surprised if these nails last more than about 2 days to be honest.​Next time, I will stick to my regular salon, where the techs are very communicative, careful and friendly - and where it's actually cheaper than this awful place. I would avoid this salon at all costs.

Had a really positive first visit to the salon! Loved the convenience of booking online. Turned up and the ladies working there were friendly and attentive. Requested removal of existing gels, fresh gel nails with some nail art. The price was really good - love that they don’t rip you off for gel removals like most other local places! I’m really happy with my new holiday nails and look forward to returning. Thanks xx

This was my first time going into essex nail club and it won’t be my last! They was all so lovely in there. The man who did my nails took so much time to make sure everything looked good and i’m obsessed with my nails! By far the best nail salon i’ve been to.
