I had my balayage done by Annette today. She is an absolutely amazing and professional hairstylist. She gave me the perfect ash tone balayage that I wanted. I would highly recommend her services, she will definitely not disappoint. I am so happy with the results!

My first time here. I had my waxing today and I felt so welcomed. Mrs. Bushra was so gentle and her hands are magic. I didn’t felt any pain. It was like a relaxing session. I highly recommend. Thank you for the best services.

I recently had a my first facial treatment in Belle Ame and it was one of my favourite facials. First time trying out a hydrafacial and it's a bit daunting for a guy going into a beauty clinic. Sangita was very welcoming, friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable. The facial felt great , my skin was clean and refreshed. Highly recommend it and I definitely will be going back.

I visited Belle Ame for the first time today for waxing. It's only my second time waxing but the beauty therapist (Lily- sorry if I got it wrong) was amazing! She explained so much to me, was very friendly and welcoming (not forgetting to mention, she was so gentle I hardly felt pain that you would usually associate with waxing) I will definitely recommend their services and will be visiting again as she also recommended I try the facial as my skin has not been it's best lately.

Poor service. Don't have high chair for a child haircut but she agreed to cut my daughter's hair by keeping her stand up ln the floor. The lady sit herself on the chair and my daughter who get hair cut stand up all the time (un professional behaviour). Although I paid her same charges as other salons (VIDA or Supercuts in exchange ilford) charges for children hair cut. I showed her layers style cutting for my hair and ended up with straight hair at home. Can't see any layers in my haircut (does not evensuits). Additionally, my daughter and my hairs still have some long strands that makes it an un-even cutting. I can cut my daughter's hair better than her (atleast even from all sides). I am feeling stupid and robbed as I have paid a good amount for both of us and ended up with such a bad haircut. Poor service and unprofessional behaviour.

I have been coming here for a while now and always look forward to my facials from Sangita. My skin feels great afterwards and I always leave feeling relaxed and pampered!I also had a haircut here recently and Annette did a great job. The service was excellent and I was really happy with my hair.The staff here are always so nice and friendly and make you feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this place!
