Top customer service, dealt with a delivery delay immediately and actually had the M1 Max laptop driven out to me in Bath to make sure I had it on time for my job. Great communication, a fair price and friendly to deal with, would definitely recommend.

Daniel his lead technician Nick were fantastic at filling a short-notice requirement for 4 desk-top Macs for a six-week project. We had all the arrangements done in a single call and the computers arrived as required two-days later. All computers were pre-loaded with the bespoke software and ready to go. Both Nick and Daniel really made every effort to offer maximum support and flexibility so we could relax knowing our IT requirements were met. I would thoroughly recommend the Mac Rental Company and would use their services again should we require mac IT support in the future..

Could not have had a better experience with these people. Daniel was incredibly kind and flexible when helping me. They delivered very quickly to Slough and then picked up separate address (SE Ldn). Mac worked great and highly competitive price. Companies & people like this deserve all the success they get!

I was wary that the company had so many 5 star reviews - surely they can't all be 5 star, I thought. But the service I experienced was definitely that. From the initial response to my phone call, the willingness of Daniel to help find a solution that was right for me, and the flexibility of allowing me to pick up the Mac, rather than pay the extra to have it couriered directly to me. All was first class, and the Macbook Pro was excellent and in great condition. I'd definitely use them again. Thanks!
