Terrible customer service, staff was super rude and unhelpful. Legit wasted us over an hour and got nothing done at all, the girl was playing with her hair and DID nothing, the service was so bad we ended up having to go to a totally different branch. Yeah you aint catching me at this branch ever again, what were they thinking when hiring these lot???

Very clean and modern looking O2 Shop, located in Highcross shopping centre in Leicester.I went in for some advices of their contacts and sim deals, staff who assisted me was really helpful, professional, friendly and so easy to talk with, he tried his best to offer me a great deal, also introduced me to an excellent and new way of O2 “Swap Phones” deal….Store was very clean and spacious, had what it needed to show and help customers.Highcross shopping centre has plenty of parking spaces, a little more expensive than other car parks in city centre, but it has lifts and only across the bridge from car park to shops, it would be easier and safer for elderly, families with young children and disabled people.

What an unpleasant experience I had at o2 Leicester Highcross. Wanted to upgrade my sim plan so I went there, the gentleman who was Indian came and I told him he said I had 2 options either to upgrade to a phone contract or pay £350, I asked can I speak to a manager so he said I have a senior “experienced” colleague who was also a Indian he said the same thing and I told him clearly that my plan allows me to upgrade after 3 months but they refused. When I went home I did it myself and there were no chargers. Just disappointed with how ridiculous they were being extremely rude and unprofessional.

My recent visit to the O2 store in Leicester Highcross Shopping Centre left me quite disappointed. I was faced with a series of miscommunications and delays that left me feeling frustrated.Initially, I was told to wait for 45 minutes and return, but when I came back, I was informed that it was too close to closing time. This was quite inconvenient, as it disrupted my plans for the day.I had a specific request regarding an eSIM, as I had not received my physical SIM card. I explained this requirement to Jithen (apologies if name is wrong), a store representative. Instead of addressing my situation appropriately, I was provided with a physical SIM card and instructed to activate it at home using a QR code.Upon attempting to activate it at home and subsequently contacting O2's customer service, I was informed that the activation process required my physical SIM card to be active, as it was necessary for receiving a crucial text message. This left me feeling absolutely violated, as it became evident that the store personnel should have been aware of this.. It was, in fact, the reason I had visited the store in the first place to acquire an eSIM due to the non receipt of my initial physical SIM card.In light of this experience, it is clear that there are deficiencies in the staff's training, particularly concerning product knowledge and customer service. A reevaluation and retraining in all aspects of their roles are necessary to ensure customers receive the assistance and information they need accurately and efficientlyIt's disheartening to have my faith in the company eroded to the point where I had to cancel my plans to switch to O2. I had high hopes after a 10-year absence, but this experience has left me questioning my decision.Another frustrating aspect of the situation was that on both visits to the store, I observed Jithen standing around seemingly idle. If he had taken just five minutes to listen to my concerns and address them properly, this entire issue could have been swiftly resolved. Unfortunately, he chose to disregard the situation, which only added to the overall sense of frustration and disappointment with the level of service provided. It's clear that a lack of engagement and attention to customer needs further exacerbated the problem.

I am literally happy that I got 14 pro max in contract, previously I have tired in many stores like vodafone and in Three but the credit check went unsuccessful it has became impossible to me to get mobile in contract but now I got iPhone 14 pro max because of the person whose name is Amit working in O2 highcross Leicester, he made my dream come true and I'm really impressed by the way he handled to procces my credit check for buying an iPhone 14pro max, Your communication skills and product knowledge are truly outstanding. Great job!
