Buzz Bingo and The Slots Southampton Lordshill

Not has friendly as my home one where I am live. For the amount of people in there last night should of played some in house go go games.

We came in on a quiet Tuesday afternoon to join the club. Was waiting over 5min to see anyone at reception. When we was signed up the vouchers and pack was explained very well but nothing about purchasing the bingo tickets or how electronic tickets work dispute saying we had never done it before. When I tried to purchase the tickets there was a problem with the new member card I had just been given. They had to put my tickets onto a guest card. I was emailed later that day to say it was due to my password being entered incorrectly too many times and was resolved although I hadn’t. This delay meant we missed the beginning of the main event and the early bird pages. Thankfully there was a really kind lady managing the bingo floor who sat with us a while and told us almost everything we needed to know, without her we would have been clueless. The food and drinks are decent price especially so with the 4x 50% off vouchers you get as a new member. The service was quick. The bingo hall was constantly being kept clean and the toilets spotless. We had a really good time and won house. The bingo caller is quiet and didn’t really seem to be enjoying himself as you would expect. Thankfully the numbers are displayed well around the hall so it doesn’t really matter but we couldn’t hear when the next game was starting. We will be returning and hope the next visit to be more enjoyable now we know what we’re doing. I would advise all new members to bring a friend who knows what there doing or research to find out before coming.

The first and last time I will ever go to a bingo hall, under staff at the bar couldn't get a drink before started playing. Couldn't understand the bingo calls for the numbers but the man who was calling the numbers was friendly and kind.We went to socialize and had to sit while the number rattled out, Didn't win anything.

What a joke this place is, no atmosphere, queues at the bar, people were waiting at least a half an hour to get a drink, very slow and incompetent lady at the bar and telling me used to be so fast at the checkout, you’re definitely not now.Constant technical issues with the bingo caller.No, definitely not the place to be for me.

I didn't win, hence the stars. Lol!To be fair, I'm not experienced with Bingo venues, so I have little to compare it with. There was a long break in between, which I didn't like, but from observations, it is so the establishment gets more money from people losing on slot machines.They sell alcohol and food was OK, nothing special but desserts near same amount as the main!!

a great place to have a few hours with friends. if you win on the right evening its a fantastic night out.

Absolutely Disgusted with this place who hide behind a 3rd party company issuing parking fines for disability vehicles alighting passengers next to the ramp near the entrance.Absolute theives who are only interested in taking the people who are disadvantaged money

Is a ghost town nowadays with moth balls blowing across the floor, there's more atmosphere on the moon apart from the occasional winning shout but it's just a bit of fun really and it's nice to try and keep thrse places open. Staff are friendly and welcoming.
