I booked Jai to look at my computer on the strength of knowing his parents for many years. I can now recommend Jai to anybody who has technology problems and wants to learn more. He was friendly, courteous and dealt with my computer problems. I learnt a lot in a short space of time. Excellent, first class service!

Jai has done a great job. My outlook failed to open hyperlinks. Jai told me the outlook I have is out of date and recommended some solutions and left me with a system where I can open the hyperlinks. Although he was with me for about 90 minutes he only charged me for 60. Thank you Jai. I will definitely use your services again.

Found Jai at JAPIT on Google. I recently bought lots of new gadgets for the house/office including a HP desktop, Dell laptop, an iPad, a canon printer and amazon alexa along with software and accessories - felt like it was time I joined the 21st century ....It was way over my head to set it all up properly, so I was looking for an expert to come to my home and set it up.Jai arrived as scheduled and got straight to work. He had everything up and running in around 3 ½ hours. No messing around, no wasted time. I was delighted with his work, and felt that his time and price was very fair, considering he doesn't charge a call out fee and just charges for time I was very satisfied and was happy to pay as he saved me struggling for hours on end.On top of that, he also gave me lots of lessons and advice because I’m a REAL novice. I really appreciated that. I intend to have him come back out for more lessons and general help, and I highly recommend him to anyone that needs a good computer expert.

Very punctual for the time arranged. As two novices we have used Japit Computer Services for over a year on a number of occasions to sort out my Laptop and my wife's Ipad. We were very happy with the service and would recommend Japit Computer Services.

Arrived on time - Fixed all the problems for both my wife's laptop & my PC. Found Jai on Google and was the best decision I made. He was quick at getting back to my message and booked me in quickly. I am not very good with technology but with my children living away i needed somebody to come and sort my iPad out. Not only did he sort the problem out, he also showed me how to use facetime and Skype to keep in contact with family.Will definitely be using the service again when needed.

Japit arrived punctually at my house to help with installing my Bullguard security with which I was having trouble.
