Absolute joke. Trying to get through to these doctors are impossible. Always engaged or when it does ring you get cut off. Makes it seem like they are rushed off of their feet when actually they aren't. Today I've been ringing for a little over 15 mins and got nowhere. Previously I have rang them and I have been waiting on the phone for 30+ minutes when I eventually gave up trying.

Always have dreadful experience at this surgery. Always such a long time waiting on the phone for an appointment or must of the time just cut off. A few months back I was desperate to get an appointment for my daughter who I suspected had an ear infection. After waiting 50 minutes at 8am I got through to be told that there were no appointments. I tried again at 2pm to be told the same. I questioned how this was possible when I was 3rd in the queue and they said it was because they only had 2 appointments available that afternoon. I asked if I should physically go in and queue the next morning to get an appointment. I was told NOT to come in and queue as they don't allocate appointments this way. The next morning I was 4th or 5th in the phone queue again. When I got through I was told there were no appointments. I asked how this was possible and I was told that the appointments were given to those that physically came into the surgery. I then I complained and explained I was told they didn't allocate appointments this way. If I was given the correct information that I too would have come in to teh surgery. I was simply told to call 111.Another time I booked an appointment for contraception. When I saw the doctor he explained that he didn't prescribe contraceptives. I think this was on religious grounds. I made a comment that the appointment was a waste of both our time and he said 'what is it you want' and it made me feel very uncomfortable like some sort of dirty deal. In the end I just left. Be sure to check that the doctor is happy to prescribe contraception to avoid wasting an appointment/

Was on hold for an hour beacuse of a nine person queue. They should be able to get through people quicker. But I think the problem was nobody was answering the phone. It rung for 10-15 minutes (while I was first in queue) before anyone picked up. AND THEN they said they can't even book an appointment. 111 told me to call them earlier and book an appointment for the following day but no. This GP surgery is awful.

Generally I have had few problems with the surgery. Yes, it's hard to get through sometimes but that's because they are busy. They've introduced a pharmacist for reviewing medication and a nurse practitioner for some appointments. They are clearly trying to meet demand but the simple fact is, the NHS is broken and it's not the fault of the surgery.

I have recently moved to this Surgery after many years being elsewhere. The ladies on reception were helpful and welcoming. Registering with the Surgery was a straightforward and very efficient service. This week I had my first appointment to see one of the GP’s, I saw Dr Luis Ayerbe. I have suffered with moderate to severe eczema my whole life. My previous Surgery did nothing to help me during times of terrible flare ups and used to prescribe me creams that never helped (most of which were ones that could be purchased over the counter anyway). Dr Ayerbe listened to me, genuinely listened and wanted to understand my journey with eczema, what I’ve tried, what had worked, what hadn’t etc. Despite this I was still apprehensive that I would get a cream that would help me… how wrong I was! I am 3 days into using what was carefully prescribed for me and my skin has never felt better, never been more well hydrated snd moisturised. My eczema is back under control and I’ve never felt more comfortable in my own skin.

I had the best service ever the ladies on reception very helpful pleasant and professional as was the doctor couldn't ask for more.

I recently changed over to this practice following a recommendation from a friend. I'm glad to have done so, the care that I have received from both the doctor and the reception staff far exceed my experiences at my previous surgery.

I have recently moved to this surgery. Had an appointment recently with Dr Vincent and he was amazing! Very kind and caring. Can’t fault the surgery!

Tracy, the practices nurse, has every asset of the perfect nurse, could not wish for better through problems I have had since before last Christmas. So, thank you so much Tracy, for your caring ways together with your skilled knowledge, for helping me through a trouble patch. Also, big thank you to Mary, our pharmacist, for her immense patience, knowledge and skills. 2 lovely ladies here, at our practice, lucky us.
