Kango Removals

I've used Kango for a couple of house moves in the last 15 years, and recently for a home clearance following a relative's death. The team are always fantastic. Helpful, friendly, professional, and excellent value. Wouldn't use anyone else!

I had Paul help me move my stuff from Winchester to brighton, he did all the heavy lifting and was so helpful the whole time!! Was also so friendly. Would recommend kango removals 100%!!

Kango removals handled my move from a first floor apartment to a ground floor maisonette with ease, friendliness and professionalism.To start with Paul was extremely flexible, as my completion date changed 3 times at short notice, but Paul was reassuring and understanding, especially as he knew it was the solicitors who were complicating matters.On the big moving day, the team turned up on time and raring to go. My flat was emptied in a couple of hours.I had over 70 boxes filled with my worldly goods together with all my furniture, some of which proved particularly troublesome to firstly get down the stairs, and then secondly through the tight entrance to the new pad.....but the team were patient, respectful of my property and managed to get everything insitue, they even built my bed without me having to ask.On entering the property it was apparent the services were off, within 5 mins the team located the meters and turned the gas and electricity on....all without being asked.All in all the team took the stress out of a very stressful time.One last note, we inherited a busy wasps nest in the back garden, Paul came round the next evening and treated it, so I can enjoy my new garden without the threat of getting stung!

Paul was brilliant, he visited our house to do a quote on the same day we called about removals. We didn’t know when we would exchange, so I gave him about a weeks notice for the job, and he fitted us in! He moved us from Southampton to London, loaded up quickly and safely and got all our stuff there in one piece. Very happy with the service and how easy Kango made the experience for us.

I have used Paul and his team a number of times. Great value, reliable, prompt and professional. They are honestly the better option when compared to the bigger companies. In all of the moves, Paul and the team have not broken or lost anything. Great service and great price. Definitely recommend them.

Firstly came at 11 rather than 3pm when still was packing, then had to run around whilst trying to look after my kitten in the car back and forth. he came alone when day before he quoted me 100 pound for at least him and one other to come. He complained the whole time whilst my boyfriend had to help move everything in with broken tailbone and swollen ankle not to mention ill the man insisted on telling me he was told someone would be here to help him when that wasn’t the case. After the obvious moving in I asked if it would be cheaper considering my boyfriend did half the work he laughed at me and told me “it’s still a full van?” Could have gotten a van myself for 20quid and got a friend to help much cheaper I came to this Kan go company looking at the reviews expecting high things was expecting a “professional team” not a 60 yr old man who’s gonna sit down and stall after every object was taken somewhere. He left at 3ish I think ??? Like dam I didn’t even have that much stuff if u had brought a team it not only would have been done faster, maybe u wouldn’t have complained so much. Not the customers fault when u literally quoted me a day before then show up on ur own ??
