I had a terrible experience with this company.My university hired Pickfords to clear my accommodation room in times of corona virus when travels where banned, last year.When I got my stuff back I noticed I had a lot of items missing, such as - Money Savings around 70 pounds , Perfume, spray cans, JagerMeister bottle, a cabinet, and many other things.So I wrote a claim report, but Pickfords it's not worried about it.There are indeed thieves on the company and so I recommend not hiring this company.Also I had a lot of posters in my room and they did not had any care for it, it came all ruin back to me. Thanks a lot for your service.

We paid Pickfords thousands of pounds…and they ended up being abysmalWe paid Pickfords thousands of pounds to move 3 van loads of our stuff from London to Worcs. On the second day - with one vast van, we were abandoned completely without any discussion, or explanation.You would expect more than one man to help unload - but no, that's all we got - meaning the two of us, at our age, had to unloads, carry and deliver a many many many boxes ourselves, heavy loads, huge pieces of furniture. One man wasn't enough - he was good and very apologetic (saying that often he would have to wait hours and hours for team members to turn up"). Four hours later he was STILL the only Pickfords employee on site.On complaining TO the team at HQ

Surprisingly difficult and expensive to arrange a visit, but who knew we would leave our things there so long?
