I would like to share my bad experience of cooperation with Lux Group Holding (Mark Wilkinson).On 20 of December, we signed a contract with Lux Group Holding (Mark Wilkinson) for the manufacture of a customized kitchen for over £ 100,000 with a preferred delivery date on April 14, 2020.Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the manufacturer did not meet the deadline and we met halfway and postponed the delivery date of the order several times (final preferred delivery date was 10 August,10th, 2020).As of today (November 5th, 2020), the kitchen has not been completed, the handles have not been delivered, the worktop is missing. Mark Wilkinson's managers keep on making promises, lie all the time and don’t provide a drawing for the worktop for final confirmation. After the drawing confirmation, we still have to wait 10-14 days for completion (without handles). It’s simply terrible to live in such conditions. Personally, I find this attitude to the Client as unprofessional and not client oriented one.I would never suggest cooperation with this company

We have been waiting for one dishwasher door front and handle costing nearly 2k and paid for, for 6 months. After weeks of promising it, no one is answering calls or emails as to when it’s coming. Appalling customer service. Don’t give then your money!
