Paid for overnight delivery before 12 Saturday, as urgently required but nothing has turned up. Your tracking app does not work and you hang up call after holding on line!!!

Delivery driver refused to leave our parcel with a trusted neighbour and ignored us when we enquired as to why not. Card left had wrong consignment number and no date. Complained to depot manager, included (ring) video footage, didn't get a call back when promised and complaint was not upheld/dismissed. Avoid and use a friendly, helpful courier company instead.

Don’t use this horrendous company I should of had five items to be delivered, on Thursday the 15th December all tracking available showed the the driver literally minutes away from my home, then the delivery was cancelled no email no phone call nothing, called up they said sorry it might be with you tomorrow, please note this was a next deliveryFriday comes tracking available again about midday showed on a map, then all of a sudden returned to sender I called and they said one of the items is damaged, they smashed one on my crates of alcohol basically.So Saturday come all due for delivery and delivered not only have they smashed one of my items there is also another item missing completely which I’m convinced it’s been stolen by this company.If you value your goods don’t use these cowboy delivery company if I could give zero stars I would ofThanksDan

COMPLETELY USELESS AMATEUR PEOPLE !!!HAD A DELIVERY THIS MORNING DRIVER RANG INTERCOM WAS LET INTO THE BUILDING TO NOT DELIVER PARCEL BUT LEAVE DELIVERY ATTEMPTED CARD BECAUSE APPARENTLY THEIR POLICY DOES NOT ALLOW THEM TO WANDER AROUND THE BUILDING (WHICH I WAS NOT EVEN INFORMED BEFOREHAND).SO I AM ASKING NOW HOW IS THIS PARCEL IS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS ????I HAVE NEVER HEARD BIGGER JOKE THAN THINK.PS. MESSAGE TO LAZY DRIVER WHO APPARENTLY TRIED TO CALL ME WHERE I NEVER HAD ANY MISSED CALL.MESSAGE: IF YOU TOO LAZY TO DO YOUR JOB THEN CHANGE IT !

Congratulations on making Evri/Hermes look good. Takes some effort but you're there.Drivers will take a photo of your front door and say you aren't in. They won't knock / ring the bell or leave a card though. I question if they actually have the parcel with them - I honestly think they might not do and they are just pretending by saying you weren't in? Either way, I'm not sure how I'm supposed to take delivery of a parcel when you don't knock the door or ring the doorbell.I'm also not sure how I'm supposed to rearrange delivery when you don't leave a card?Every single time without fail I have to get on the phone and track down my delivery (with people who literally do not care) while navigating around out of service phone numbers. I then have to drive to the depot and check if they have it - they'll ask me for a card at the depot but then I have to blag collecting it without one because they don't actually leave them. If this was a one off I'd be more OK with it, but it's consistent.This is my first Google review. I'm that angry.

Collecting from the depot was fine when I found out. A chap took my delivery number, went back inside and came back with my parcel. The reduction in stars is more for the lack of being able to ask them to leave a parcel in a safe place and take responsibility for it like most other carriers do. So I wouldn't have to go to the depot in the first place.

Left me outside in the cold whilst they tried to find my parcel for 15mins. There is nowhere to go inside out of any bad weather.

Truly the most awful couriers I’ve ever had the misfortune of getting an order from. I actually feel dread when I get a delivery notification from APC. The delivery windows aren’t windows, they’re 1/2 the day. Eg my latest window was 9:30-1:30, an hours window I get, but considering they only run their deliveries between 9 and 2, they’re just saying it’s out that day. I called after we missed a delivery to arrange a collection and was told the items were put out for me to collect. Drove to the depot to be told the items had been returned 2 days before! Even though I had called to check the items were there for collection. I request every time that they leave our deliveries with a neighbour, but they never do just an absolutely awful company. Avoid if at all possible

Why isn't it possible to do negative stars. This company deserves to go out of business. Great hard working little businesses are always let down by the weakest link and these clowns are it. Technology doesn't work, scanning doesn't work, rude customer service, inflexible hours.... Please please please if you need goods or services delivered use a proper company! Average Parcel Circus??
