I used sk roofing install a new roof and soffits and guttering they provided a 1st class service on time polite and great bunch of lads I would highly recommend this company if you want a 1st class service thanks lads

Where do I begin ?Rick came out to quote for a reroof .....whilst there he let the ladder slip ....my neighbour myself and a guy walking down the road heard this crashing noise and dashed out to check everyone was okay Rick was picking up the ladders and said everything was fine.That evening we noticed the bird feeder was damaged beyond repair and he would clearly have seen this damage .Two days later my car brake lamp easnt working I took it to the auto shop and the guy spotted the lens was cracked and water had got into the fitting it had been raining and clearly this damage to the lens cover had happened as a result of the ladders catching it because of this it cost me £120 for a new unit then a further £30 for the indicator part which had also been affected plus a spare bulb I had to go back to the auto shop three times in as many days which cost me £160 plus I lost two work shifts as I am a support worker and need my car for workWhen I contacted the company I spoke to a guy called steve and he said he only answers the phone for them I have now emailed the company on their email which isnt working but managed to get through to Rock on his own email asking for his comments.He replied that I must have him confused with someone else I initially but when I said I had records of calls and asked him to check his diary he then emailed back saying he remembers the ladder slipping but denying the damage telling me I am clearly trying it onI am very disappointed that this is his attitude and noticeably he did not get back to us with a quote either he has told me to contact t steve as he only works for him on a sub contract basisHowever on their website it states they are a family business but no one seems to bd taking ownership and these guys clearly have no conscience or ethics that they would cause damage to property and not admit liability then deny all knowledge of being there then admit yes they were there and the ladders did fallDo not use this company they are very unprofessional and i am out of pocket considerably and disgusted by their attitude which had caused me considerable upset
