Ordered a Harlesden bath just opened to find a hairline crack on the inside and scuff marks on the outside. Looking forward to a speedy resolution on this one please!Update: Left a voicemail, emailed and completed online messaging. Within the hour Ameena contacted me to apologise and requested photos of the damage.Later in the day pjh messaged to advise of next day delivery of a replacement bath.Russell from pjh delivered the new bath before 10am today and made sure we were happy with the replacement.Excellent service from Ameena and Russell Thank you!

Awful service throughout.Ordered a urinal set due to having a shorter lead time than competitors. Should not have bothered.Now two days overdue and just been told the earliest they can do is well out of our time frame.Logistics issues happen, sure but the communication and updates have been absolutely abysmal. No direct phone line for the office so you have to rely on poorly responded email and answerphone messages.If you’re a tradesman, avoid like the plague.

Disgraceful. Nothing but grief with this company from the mis-described radiators on the website, to incredibly late delivery (partial Covid effect although they were ordered in January and arrived in August) only to find out they weren't the size described on the website.They also delivered a 2nd set of radiators to another address and despite being chased to collect them they sit there over a month later annoying the concierge of that building who is consequently chasing me.I've agreed a full refund with Bathcentre once they collect the radiators from me. They said they would pick them up 2 days ago and surprise, they didn't!I will not use this company again.Also worth noting that a person I'm dealing with at Bathcentre shares the same name as a person who wrote a positive review of them on this site.......

Terrible customer service! My £659 Carronite bath came scratched. I can write a story how I've been treated by someone call Martin when I've tried to sort some repair kit to sort scratches on my new bath. Very argumentative, unpleasant person. If I knew I'll be treated like that, I would never buy anything from Bathcenter.

Bought a bath and bath panels.Bath was caronite, good quality and lot more expensive than I needed to pay but worth the extra apart from the inferior fittings. Screws that broke when used and lack of decent fitting instructions for fitting of panels. Also two different shaped panels. If you are new to DIY I wouldn't recommend this company. After emailing and getting one reply, NOTHING.I won't use them again and I have some experience fitting baths.You will be lucky to get support from them in the event of problems is my experience. 2 stars is for bath quality.

I order disabled toilet from them and when we open instead of stainless steel bars they came in whiteTop of my head we ordered stainless steelBut on the order was white for sam reasonI call them for exchangeBut they didn’t acceptedI’m very disappointed with there service

Very happy with our new bathroom! Friendly service and good communication made it easy from start to finish. Delivery was prompt and hassle free. Would highly recommend them.

Called into the showroom whilst visiting the cafe next door, bathrooms on display were gorgeous, expected them to be out of my price range, turns out not as we now have a brand new suite! Sales assistant Barry couldn't have been more helpful, was patient with my indecisiveness and didn't give the hard sell that these places sometimes do. A1 service, thanks Mrs Newton

I have bought a bath from them , for 275 £It wasn't great, didn't look like on photo, grey colour, not purely white.I've done negative review for this bath - twice!And none of them was published.I would not trust them.

I had a hard time sourcing a toilet as I was led to believe by another supplier that I needed a £300+ toilet to facilitate my right exit wasted toilet. Upon speaking to the Bathcentre, I was advised that this wasn't necessary and was able to get one at a fraction of the price with the right flexi connectors. Happy customer :-)
