I've only been doing Yoga with Amanda for 2 years but it's been an immense help with my Parkinson's and my painful back. She's an excellent teacher, accommodates all levels flexibly with intelligence and a sense of humour. Improved my breathing, posture, and range of movement.

Mandy’s classes are an absolute joy. Each class is beautifully prepared, covering fresh content each time to introduce us to new sequences and original closing meditations. Couldn't hope for a better Yoga teacher.

Really enjoyed the experience. Great class, great teacher. I'm not that experienced. But she gives each move an easier option if you feel more comfortable. Felt I worked as much as I was able and felt great afterwards. Very supportive class. Will definitely be back.

It's a treat each week (always varied and inspiring) - I'm getting stronger and more flexible without overdoing any moves. Mandy always gives options/alternative positions in the moves. Friendly atmosphere.
