Excellent service. Receptionists always cheerful, friendly and happy to help. They go out of their way to accommodate patients. The doctors in this practice are first class and every one of them do everything they can to help patients.

My Doctor after a fue upsets Has shown to be a very considerate man he discussed all my worries and we now get on a lot better and I told him his ladies atr are very helpful going well beyond there jobs to put our minds at rest Thank you Allxxxxx

I can't think of a worse doctors surgery anywhere, you can't ever get through on the phone so in the end you need to call into the surgery anyway, I received a letter saying I needed to make an appointment to have a blood pressure prescription review but the receptionist said I could not see the doctor or nurse in person it will be a phone consultation instead so two weeks later the lady phoned me from the surgery asking what I wanted her to phone me for , when I told her she told me off saying how can she check my blood pressure over the phone, this has happened now several times. They don't have a clue,

One of the receptionists is very Racist and rude . This woman lets the whole team down . Very bad experience that's why I have changed my Gp. I think that woman needs some friends as she always looks depressed. Or may be some Asian curry .

Had to change surgery, could never make appointment had ringback 56 times one day, times I got through nothing, if your face fits great, kiss arse of reception get everything, my wife's still waiting for call back, been 10 days she's has diabetes

After so many calls got through and surprisingly fully booked and was told to call back in the afternoon so I went down at 3.15 when they open the doors first one inNo one else in doctors made all the appointments the reception said and that I had to go to DMC wowwwww welldone receptionist for your help

No would be better for this place never get to see doctor and when you complain about the staff NOTHING is ever done and the small blonde one is racist me be time for the GMC to look into this place and i will be getting in contact with them

Took in a letter from st Thomas's hospital London. On the 31st January asking for the earliest possible appointment. It is now the 10th. February and the letter has not even been looked at or put on her records. You could die before seen. Also iasked for her to be seen as she is DEAF. So hey ho they give her a phone consultation
