First class company. We had a Vacuum pump issue on our CNC machine & the manufactures could not supply a new one quickly. I contacted VPS not only did they source me a new one at a good price. Excellent quality service - had an emergency with a scroll pump, phoned up on Thursday, was able to drop the pump around on friday at 8.30am. By 2pm the pump had been investigated, repaired and cleaned along with advice on things we could do to keep operational. Really impressed with the approach and speed team at Vacuum Pump Services

I don’t often feel the need to write a review about good service as that is what generally is expected. However, when the experience is exceptional, then I think it is necessary.A major customer of ours experienced a Vacuum Pump failure immediately before Christmas. We called probably all Vacuum pump manufacturers within the UK and as expected all had finished for the Christmas period.Having called most service companies within the Vac industry we then found Vac Pump Services. This company went beyond the normal and provided us with a truly exceptional service during the Christmas period. They provided us with a hire pump which allowed our client to have full production.From the time of taking our call, explaining the challenge to execution, the service was thoroughly professional and seamless. I can highly recommend VPS to anyone looking for a professional, friendly and helpful company to service their vacuum pumps. Even in these difficult times with Covid19 they still delivered a bespoke service. I was kept informed the whole time and received recommendation as to what would be the best solution for us to proceed with. They delivered the pumps to our site personally and again gave us good advice on the best way to maintain our equipment.
